Come on Down Friday or Sunday Nights

The offerings depend upon YOU for both the entertainment (musicians and such) and the audience.  Fun starts at about 8PM, and you can sign up late or early.  We allow each person to perform one song, though an act with more than one person MAY do two.  That way we hope that we can come around again and everyone can get up to perform at least two times.

What a NIGHT! February 14th, Valentine's Day was great

oy, everyone pulled out all the stops tonight.  Being Valentine's Day, I was worried that we would not have a great show, but this was the best EVER!  We had performances by a veritable constellation of stellar performances.  Just take a look at these great performance.

I am Finally posting last Sunday's (January 24th) highlights

Last Sunday was one outstanding show - we had everything from Celtic ballads to Opera to self-penned wonders.  And here is a taste of what we saw:



Hopefully there will be more wonders tonight.

Last Night They Had Fun Without Me!

Duane Thorin who runs this event told me about a whole bunch of younger singers and songwriters who graced the Frontstage last night, plus other notables, including Paula, our own singing barista.  Alas, my own barista daughter's birthday was that night, and missed it, but Bob Stane who runs the Backstage hung around for a bit and made the following assessment -

"After viewing what happened last night (music sing along with Duane)..... I was pleased.... I came to the realization that The Coffee Gallery and The Coffee Gallery Backstage (a single entity.... therefore the use of "is" instead of "are") is the social center of Altadena.  Something seems to be happening at all times.  And the organization is "warm and fuzzy" as a coffee house is supposed to be."

So come on down and get warm and fuzzy.
